It was just a good match for exploring town in Rothesay with good price-quality ratio. The hot tub was a nice bonus even though it wasn't working properly. Make sure to confirm your reservation ahead of time.

Comfortable place for discovering Saint John with superfriendly staff from check-in to check-out. Breakfast with bacon, meat plus boiled or scrambled eggs. Location not far from the highway and airport. Also, in a nice area. The hotel of choice in Saint John.

It was nestled near freeway. The rooms were pet-friendly and new-fashioned, included coffee and tea making equipment, a writing table, and iron/ironing board. And the bathroom was large. The staff were accommodating and amazingly kind day and night.

In front of the window on the roof was a very loud air conditioner.

I was disappointed with the front desk service, as the staff didn't greet me warmly upon check-in. I felt ignored when I mentioned having a large bill to exchange, and there was no follow-up on my concerns. The check-in process was frustrating, as I was unaware of the extra tourism fee until arriving, which left a bad taste in my mouth.

Got a free upgrade to a honeymoon suite; all very clean, nice staff, good breakfast with hot and cold food, juices, fresh fruit. Water, tea, coffee, fruit and muffins are available during the day free of charge in the breakfast room (event. Leftovers from breakfast). Pool clean
Pool unfortunately not very deep, which makes normal swimming more difficult.

We explored Rockwood Park for its awesome trails. The hotel had a smooth check-in process. Complimentary breakfast was solid, giving us a great start each morning.
Unfortunately, the pool was closed , a letdown since we were all looking forward to some time in the water.

The frequent cycling of the A/C was a nuisance!!! The carpeted rooms feel outdated, and the lack of in-room recycling options is surprising!!! The shower pressure left much to be desired!!!
